Development of the Infamed Group / Megainpharm GmbH platform: EU contract manufacturing and API production, site GMP certification, clinical and preclinical programmes, laboratories and market development. A portfolio of 17+ products with registrations across 27 countries; a €35M+ investment programme; 9+ GMP/GDP inspections. Group CEO in 2023–2024: revenue above €120M in 2024, profit +17% versus 2023.

Development of the ECOBALTIC 2 pharma park
Development programme for an export-oriented pharmaceutical cluster: masterplan, shared infrastructure and a manufacturing portfolio, including a GDP warehouse and a new solutions plant.
GDP warehouse and e-beam sterilisation centre
Concept and URS for a 30,400 m² Class A warehouse: storage of medicines and medical devices under Russian and EU requirements, electron-beam sterilisation and shared services for park residents.
Manufacturing project portfolio for the SEZ
Development of an interconnected localisation portfolio: APIs, sterile and non-sterile solutions, sprayers, clean polymer packaging and trigeneration for the industrial site.

Prepared and coordinated the sale of an 84.72% stake in Khimmashbank and personally signed the deal with Oleg Tinkov: share purchase agreement, warranties, corporate approvals and closing. The bank became Tinkoff Credit Systems, today T-Bank.

Koralpe water project with the Habsburg family
Project manager for the Ukrainian shareholders (Biola brand), acting through Uniplast Trading. Alpine-water bottling project with the Habsburg family: Habsburg and Partners Investment GmbH JV structure, plant layout, 19 km pipeline, brand and IP, business plan and Central European export strategy. The project was frozen in the 2008 financial crisis.

Integrated PX–PTA–PET project
Licensor selection for refinery modernisation and an integrated paraxylene–PTA–PET chain through Uniplast Trading. Plant visits with UOP and Axens to Reliance sites in India, a CCR unit near Seoul and PX/PTA/PET plants in China. Axens (France) was selected as PX licensor; the unit was planned at the Nadvirna refinery in Ukraine.
